It’s What I Do

So I’m again.  Not crazy, 4 dates a week but . There are a couple of new guys I’d like to go out with and so I’m going out with them.  Of course, I’m super busy right now with projects and personal stuff and blah, blah, blah and so I’m seeing one this week and one next week (I was going to put the second one off until the weekend but he’s going to be away for the weekend, so it’ll be next week).

I think, given how nutty I was with dating just a few weeks ago that it’s probably a good idea that I’m taking baby steps back into it.

This week’s date is on Wednesday night.  I still don’t know where we’re going.  He’s supposed to email me the details.  I feel good about it, though.  Not because I feel expecially good about him.  He’s just a guy who could turn out to be a great guy or a jerk and I won’t know until I know.  No, I feel good because I feel good about me.  Balanced.  Happy or happy-ish (I’m coping better with the stuff that was dragging me down, but it’s still there).

And so that’s that.  Things are back to normal.

“No, I feel good because I feel good about me. Balanced. Happy or happy-ish (I’m coping better with the stuff that was dragging me down, but it’s still there). ” I believe this is the basis for everything and I’m glad you feel this way! :)

Thanks everyone. I’m not going to get all psyched up for them or anything. I just wanted to let everyone know I turned a corner on this.
